We are looking forward to meeting you at our information evening at 6pm, Thursday 7 June 2018.
Please come to the school hall to meet the Early Years staff and governors who will be able to answer any questions you may have. As lots of information will be passed to you during this evening please make alternative child care arrangements for your children.
You will need to bring your child’s original birth certificate in order to make the necessary checks before your child starts in September. Your child is not allowed to start school unless we have had sight of the birth certificate.

On Thursday, Year 2 went to the Forest School for some fun learning. The children explored the area, hunting for mini beasts, creating perfume out of flowers, making mud pies and climbing through the tunnels and trees.
Florrie said her favourite part of the morning was creating a crocodile out of a piece of wood. “I liked making my crocodile. I liked putting the mud on it to make the eye.”
Lewis said his favourite activity was creating a bird’s nest from scratch. “I liked making a nest, I used some twigs and a tweeting bird and some eggs.”
Harvey said, “I liked playing in the woods and looking for bugs. We found a giant snail.” Year 2 were also lucky to have the lovely, warm sun shining on Thursday, which made the morning even more special!
NB: Thank you to Mr Dunning, the Headteacher at Chandag Junior School, for allowing us to access the Junior site.
